SIGNIFICANT EVENTS:
ACS, COS and STIS where all successfully recovered from safe to thier normal operating states via
store commanding starting at 359/09:20. In addition, WFC3 science data buffer and UVIS CEB were
initialized to allow for a nominal science SMS intercept. The first science commanding for each SI
is as follows. ACS at 359/12:18:33 STIS at 359/19:00:00 COS at 361/04:35:56 WFC3 at 359/15:54:24
