SIGNIFICANT EVENTS:
Summary: The Telemetry Monitoring Test Procedure was executed and all objectives were verified.
During this test, all telemetry formats were commanded on and the ground system ingested and
processed each. This data and files were also viewed in the telemetry segment viewer and the
telemetry pipeline manager. There were three different playbacks, an ETR, an SSR and an LOR
executed. SOC transmitted three types of 486 dumps and each was ingested and processed by the
ground system. FEP channel switching was also tested and in each case, the FEP responded as
expected. Lastly, non-nominal and corrupt data (poly and sequence errors) was transmitted and the
ground system responded as expected.
Operations Request 19703-1 was executed at approximately 317/15:00 – 17:25z to perform a
Proficiency test support with WS1 (White Sands, New Mexico). The proficiency test support was
successful, HST accomplished its objectives- 32 kb engineering data acquired and 1M Engineering
Playback executed.
