DoD Identifies Army Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Spc.
Christopher D.
Rose, 21, of San Francisco, Calif., died on June 29 of injuries sustained from an improvised explosive device during combat operations in Baghdad, Iraq.
Rose was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 67th Armored Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, Texas.
