DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Aurora Power Resources, Inc.
*, Houston, Texas, is being awarded a minimum $26,766,662 fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract for direct supply natural gas.
The using services are Army, Air Force, and federal civilian agencies.
There were four proposals solicited and one responded.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
The date of performance completion is September 30, 2008.
Contracting activity is Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va.

Belleville Shoe Mfg.
Co., Belleville, Ill., is being awarded a maximum $10,436,780 fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract for hot weather boots for Marine Corps.
Proposals were pocurement gateway solicited and nine responded.
The other location of performance is Dewitt, Arkansas.
This is an indefinite-delivery/quantity contract exercising option year three.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
The date of performance completion is July 24, 2007.
Contracting activity is Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa.

NAVY
Binghamton Simulator Co., Inc.*, Binghamton, N.Y., is being awarded a not-to-exceed $25,000,000 Phase III small business innovative research (SBIR) program contract for topic N03-190 entitled “Helicopter Operations Aircrew/Crew Chief Trainer.” The contractor will provide services and materials in support of the acquisition of an aircrew virtual environment trainer for the Navy HH-60H and MHS-60S crewman.
These services include exploratory study of application, further research and development, analysis for system integration, customizing prototype to specific platform needs, test and evaluation, production buys, support and training, as necessary.
Work will be performed in Binghamton, N.Y., and is expected to be completed in July 2011.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract was competitively procured using SBIR program solicitation under topic N03-190; 11 offers were received and three contracts were awarded.
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J., is the contracting activity (N68335-06-D-0022).
Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, Md., is being awarded a $12,442,500 ceiling priced order 0142 under previously awarded contract for procurement of airforce spares for the CV-22 Osprey.
Work will be performed in Forth Worth, Texas, and work is expected to be completed by December 2008.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract was not competitively procured.
The Naval Inventory Control Point is the contracting activity.
ARINC Engineering Services, LLC, Annapolis, Md., is being awarded an estimated $8,693,085 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering and technical support services.
This contract includes options, which bring the cumulative value of the contract to an estimated $32,714,279.
Work will be performed in Charleston, S.C., and is expected to be completed by April 2007.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
The contract was competitively procured via the SPAWAR e-commerce central website, with 25 proposals solicited and one offer received.
The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity.
ARMY
O’Gara-Hess & Eisenhardt Armoring Co., Fairfield, Ohio, was awarded on July 19, 2006, a $5,831,385 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for M1114, M1116, and M1145 vehicles, emergency rescue wrenches, traversing units, and integration of engineering change proposal 653R1.
Work will be performed in Fairfield, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by Jan.
30, 2007.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This was a sole source contract initiated on April 10, 2000.
The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-00-C-S019).
