This action is a modification to the contract for the operation, maintenance, information management, and support of Arnold Engineering Development Center for FY 06.

The MK161 Mod 0 non-electric detonator is a time device used to initiate demolition charges and/or other explosive charges from a safe distance.
Work will be performed in Simsbury, Conn., and is expected to be completed by August 2011.
Contract funds will not expire this fiscal year.
