On Wednesday, 26 and Thursday 27 May 2021, NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jens Stoltenberg will visit the Republic of Portugal, where he will meet with the Prime Minister H.E. Mr. António Costa and he will attend a meeting of the Council of State, chaired by the President of the Republic of Portugal, H.E. Prof. Dr. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.
The NATO Secretary General, together with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Portugal, will inaugurate the NATO Communications and Information (NCI) Academy in Lisbon.
On Thursday, the Secretary General will visit the HMS Queen Elizabeth aircraft carrier of the United Kingdom's Royal Navy taking part in NATO exercise Steadfast Defender 21.
