NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg met with Allied leaders from the Western Balkans in Skopje on 22 November 2023. Hosted by Prime Minister Dimitar KovaÄevski of North Macedonia, the meeting was attended by Prime Minister Edi Rama of Albania, President Zoran MilanoviÄ of Croatia, and Prime Minister Milojko SpajiÄ of Montenegro.

Battlefields are high-stress, complex environments where decisions have to be made in a split second. In the fog of conflict, itâs not always easy to tell friends from foes â particularly if youâre looking at a fast-moving vehicle from a long distance. To address this challenge, the US Armyâs Training Doctrine Command (TRADOC) has developed a deck of playing cards featuring 54 NATO weapons systems, covering everything from tanks to helicopters to artillery systems.
