The NATO Civilian Intelligence Committee (CIC), Military Intelligence Committee (MIC), and Joint CIC-MIC Plenary meetings were held at NATO Headquarters.

Allied and NATO experts met in Oslo, Norway, on 13 and14 November 2025, for the annual NATO Hybrid Symposium to address the evolving hybrid threat landscape, and to enhance cooperation on countering hybrid threats. The two-day event focused on national approaches to protecting critical infrastructure and lessons learned from recent malign hybrid activities. Allies also worked together on further advancing implementation of NATOâs Revised Counter Hybrid Strategy.

NATOâs Critical Undersea Infrastructure (CUI)-Network met on 20 and 21 November 2025 in Rome, Italy, to further integrate perspectives across civilian and military actors for enhancing the security of critical undersea infrastructure. Experts from NATO HQ and Allied countries were joined by industry stakeholders, European Union representatives and, for the first time, NATO partner nations.

Over 1000 personnel and 50 aircraft from Italy, France, Greece, the United Kingdom and the United States trained together from 3 to 14 November 2025 within the framework of exercise âFalcon Strike 2025â in the Mediterranean Sea. They operated from the Italian Air Force base of Amendola, near Foggia, and across other Italian air bases, with approximately 460 sorties and more than 1,000 flight hours logged.
