NSSC UPDATE - TRAVEL VOUCHER PROCESSING Contact: NSSC Customer Contact Center 1-877-NSSC-123, nssc-contactcenter@nasa gov Due to the shutdown of SAP for the version upgrade, the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) accumulated 9,400 travel vouchers as of Nov 23 The NSSC has announced that 7,500 vouchers have been processed in eight working days The NSSC currently has a balance of approximately 1,900 vouchers and is working with Headquarters and the centers to clear the remaining backlog and to ensure all residual vouchers are paid in a timely manner The backlog is expected to be "cleared" by Dec 7
