NASA MARSHALL SPACE FLIGHT CENTER AWARDS HUMAN CAPITAL CONTRACT

HUNTSVILLE, Ala - NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center has awarded Will Technology, Inc , Huntsville, Ala , a contract to provide administrative and technical support services at the center

The contract begins April 1, 2007, with a one-year base period followed by four one-year options that may be exercised at NASA's discretion The contract type is a cost plus incentive fee mission services type, with an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) portion The value of the mission services is approximately $25 million, and the potential IDIQ value is $10 million The maximum potential contract value if all options are exercised and all IDIQs are issued is approximately $35 million

Will Technology, Inc , will perform support services for the office of human capital in the areas of organization and leadership development, workforce strategy and planning, academic affairs, training, and employee services and operations
