NASA UPDATES TIME FOR ATLANTIS, STATION CREW NEWS CONFERENCE

HOUSTON - The time for a news conference on Saturday, June 16, with the 10 astronauts and cosmonauts flying aboard the space shuttle Atlantis and the International Space Station has been updated to 6:43 p m CDT Media representatives at participating NASA locations will be able to ask questions during the news conference Journalists should contact their local field center to confirm its availability

During Atlantis' STS-117 mission, a new segment has been attached to the station's backbone, and new solar arrays have been deployed to prepare the station for the future delivery of European and Japanese laboratories
