SPACE WEATHER ADVISORY OUTLOOK #23-51

Summary For December 18-24
R1 (Minor) radio blackouts were observed on 21-22 Dec due to activity from Region 3519.
R1 (Minor) radio blackouts were observed on 24 Dec due to actvity region Region 3529 as well as an event around the SE limb.
G1-G2 (Minor-Moderate) geomagnetic storm conditions were observed 18 Dec in response to waning influence of a CME from activity on the Sun over 14-15 Dec.
No other space weather storms were observed during the summary period.
Outlook For December 25-31
No space weather storms are expected during the outlook period.
