There are a lot of bug fixes and improvements in this update.<br><br>

This update adds several more iOS4 goodies such as support for the "remote control" and "lock screen" controls and the audio dock, as well as hi-resolution icons/etc. for the iPhone 4's retina screen. And now with <a href="http://ootunes.com/s/">support for nearly 25,000 streams</a> and growing every day...

Manage "favorites" from the player screen

New setting to disable downloading "album art" for tracks
</li>
<li>
Much lower memory usage when "album art" is displayed

Improved VoiceOver support for reading station names

Fixed resume after (short) phone calls
</li>
<li>
Fixed recording for stations with certain foreign characters in their names

<li>
Improved support for some flash streams (e.g. ustream stations)

<p>I thought I should let you know that the much anticipated, <b>ooTunes iPhone App</b> is finally available!</p>
<p>You can <a href="http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/stat?id=l8FszLOIbhQ&offerid=146261&type=3&subid=0&tmpid=1826&RD_PARM1=http%253A%252F%252Fphobos.apple.com%252FWebObjects%252FMZStore.woa%252Fwa%252FviewSoftware%253Fid%253D302782364%2526mt%253D8%2526partnerId%253D30" title="Buy ooTunes Radio" id="buy">get it here</a>.</p>
<p>There's <a href="http://ootunes.com/app/tutorial/" title="ooTunes Radio Tutorial" id="tutorial">a snazzy tutorial</a> (not <em>quite</em> as good as the real thing).</p>
<p>You'll definitely need to <a href="https://secure.ootunes.com/Setup.html?alreadyPaid=true" title="latest version" id="latestversion">upgrade to the latest version of the ooTunes Server</a> since the login mechanism and many other features have changed to allow the app to connect.</p>
<p>For those of you that are thinking "What a rip off! This should have been free with the server!" I hear you loud and clear. It was my intention to give this free to all current subscribers, but when I checked about how to give away promo copies, I found 2 big problems:</p>
<ol>
<li>I only have 50, and</li>
<li>they only work in the US iTunes store.</li>
</ol>
<p>So, since this is a scarce commodity, I make the following offer:</p>
<p>If you want a promotional code to get the app free (it's $4 in the US store) please <a href="http://help.ootunes.com/contact" title="Contact" id="contact">send me</a> a short explanation of why I should give you one. Since I planned to give you all one, you might not have to try too hard, but some suggestions are:</p>
<ul>
<li>I'll blog about it and tell everyone on every forum in the Universe!!</li>
<li>I'll name my nextborn "ooTunes Oogli ____"</li>
<li>I'll give it a 5 star rating, even if it eats my cat!</li>
<li>You promised me this!</li>
<li>I helped you find/fix a bug!</li>
<li>I'll shout it from the rooftops that ooTunes is the best app in the world (it is, mind you).</li>
<li>???? (just be creative... if the picking is really tough, there will be updates, and I think I get more promos with each version, not that you'd want to wait for that :).</li>
</ul>
