NASA PLANS UPDATE TO DISCUSS STATION LAB REPORT

WASHINGTON -- NASA has scheduled a media teleconference for Monday, June 25, at 2 p m EDT to discuss a plan to use the U S segment of the International Space Station as a national laboratory In late May, NASA sent Congress a report that outlined possible partnerships with other government agencies and private companies to conduct research aboard the station The report will be posted on the Internet at 9 a m , June 25, at:

The briefing participants are: - Bill Gerstenmaier, associate administrator, Space Operations - Mark Uhran, assistant associate administrator, International Space Station
