Join the NASA History Office to listen to John Newcomb discuss his new book, "A Bunch of Plumbers." Newcomb, an engineer who retired from Langley Research Center,
where he started working in 1962, will talk about the early planetary missions, including the center’s influence on the lunar orbit rendezvous maneuver that landed the Apollo mission on the moon and his experiences as a member of the Viking management team.
