NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine will make his first official visit as NASA Administrator to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, on Monday, August 6, and Tuesday, August 7, 2018.  Bridenstine will meet with employees and tour various facilities, including those of NASA commercial partners.
There will be an opportunity for the media to meet with Administrator Bridenstine on Tuesday afternoon following an Industry Roundtable hosted by the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast and Space Florida. The Industry Roundtable is by invitation only and closed press.
The media availability will take place at Space Florida’s Space Life Sciences Lab facility from 4:15-4:30 p.m. To attend, media should RSVP to Kennedy’s News Chief, Tracy Young at tracy.g.young@nasa.gov by 4 p.m., Monday, August 6.
Bridenstine was sworn in as NASA’s 13th administrator on April 23. For more information, visit:
