A detachment of four Belgian F-16 fighter aircraft is set to wrap up eight months of activities at the end of July, after their air policing deployment to Estonia was extended following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

On 19-20 July 2022, the Chair of the NATO Military Committee, Admiral Rob Bauer, visited Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he met with members of the Presidency, the Minister of Defence, Mr Sifet Podzic, and the Chief of Defence, Lieutenant General Senad Mašović. He also visited the Tactical Support Brigade HQ, the Intelligence-Security Agency and NATO Headquarters Sarajevo.
