PO.DAAC Event Tracker: Release Version 1.0

Version 1.0 of the PO.DAAC Event Tracker is now available at http://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/hurricanes/. This tool provides subsets of PO.DAAC data holdings chopped around major oceanographic events such as hurricanes and typhoons.
