Note regarding CEVROSAT1 Provisional ID 98526: Resource constraints at USSF 18SDS are evidently contining to prevent generation of TLE for this satellite. The element set is unusally poor, expect the satellite to pass a minute or more away from predictions. This element set, provided by the SatNOGS network and likely based on orbital insertion data from the launch provider, is being used to successfully receive data from the spacecraft despite innacuracies.
