I am pleased to announce that AMSAT-NA's request to re-distribute TLE elements from Space-Track website has been approved for the period April 1,2020 to April 1, 2021. Our ODR (Orbital Data Request) to re-distribute the Space-Track TLEs was approved by Air Force 18 SPCS on February 27, 2020 (Recieved March 12, 2020). The following Amateur Radio satellite has been added to this week's TLE distribution: SMOG-P - NORAD CAT ID 44832 (per Nico Janssen, PA0DLO). The Israeli student satellite Duchifat3 was successfully placed in orbit by ISRO (India) on December 11, 2019 along with several other satellites.
