[keps] AMSAT KEP Distribution Update

First, sorry the KEPs did not make it out last week. Wednesday night (May 14th) the storms and tornadoes hit the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. My house avoided damage, but my WIFI internet provider apparently was hit by lightning. As a result I did not get the KEPs out. But, they are out for this week. Second, CUBEBUG-1 has been identified as the object with the Cat # of 39153.
