I suffered a motherboard failure last week and had to use my work computer. The KEPs had a few extra carriage returns last week due to my company's email process. I am now on my wife's computer and hope that I have made the changes necessary to prevent a reoccurence. If you end up with extra blank lines, just erase them. If you have lines run together, just separate them. The good news is that after these two possible issues were resolved, no one reported that the KEPs themselves were bad.
