[keps] VEGA Launch CubeSat KEPS for 3-15-12

March 16th 2012 PST

Here are the VEGA CubeSat KEPs for this week. E-Star, PW-Sat, and UniCubeSat are still undesignated as far as I know. Any ideas what Objects D, E, G, and H are? Robusta has suffered a battery charging failure and is no longer active. I do not know which of the undesignated objects is Robusta either. Any ideas?
