[keps] ESA VEGA Launch Deploys 8 Amateur Band Satellites

The European Space Agency launch site at Kourou, French Guiana successfully launched eight new satellites on February 13, 2012. These satellites operate in the Amateur band. See www.amsat.org for details and operating frequencies. Once again the satellites are too close together to distinguish who is who.
