The following chnages have been made to the AMSAT KEPs: 1. CO-65 (CUTE1-7) Cat # 32785 has been moved to the digital satellite section. CO-65 is soon to have its digipeater activated. 2. Seeds Cat # 32791 has been renamed to CO-66. 3. CANX-2 Cat # 32797 has been dropped (non-amateur). [keps] AMSAT KEPs - DELFI C3 = DO-64

This is to clarify a question that has come up more than once. When satellites are given an AMSAT designation, the old launch name is dropped. Name changes trip me up also. (I am not good at names). DELFI C3 Keplerian elements ARE in the AMSAT KEPs. They are the Keplerian elements associated with DO-64 (Cat # 32789)which is the new AMSAT designation.
