Members, I am starting up the emails on the STSTLE list. Even if there is a scrub and delay I will leave the emails running until the mission is concluded. I will be running 3 updates per day, at 00:30, 08:30 and 16:30 UTC. The mail-out will occur at 00:45, 08:45 and 16:45 UTC.
