Brigade Combat Team Commander to Brief Live from Iraq

The following Press Advisory was sent out inadvertently:

Today in the Department of Defense, Friday, May 28, 2004
Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz have no public or media events on their schedules.
Major General John F. Sattler, director of operations, U.S. Central Command, will conduct a briefing at 10:00a.m.EDT. This event can be viewed in the Press Briefing Room. Media wishingto attend must be at the Pentagon North Parking Entrance no later than 9:30 a.m. EDT for escort.
 
The correct information is as follows:

Army Col. Brian D. Jones, commander of 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, will brief live from Iraq at 9 a.m. EDT, Aug. 4, in the DoD Briefing Studio, Pentagon 2E579, to provide an update on ongoing security operations in Iraq.
Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the North Parking Entrance only.    Plan to arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the event; have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification.    Please call (703) 697-5131 for escort into the building.
