Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Detainee Affairs Cully Stimson and Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence Lt. Gen. John Kimmons will conduct a news briefing at 11:30 a.m. EDT, Sept. 6, in the DoD Briefing Studio, Pentagon 2E579.

They will introduce Department of Defense Directive 2310.01E (Department of Defense Detainee Program) and Army Field Manual 2-22.3 (Human Intelligence Collector Operations).
