The NATO Secretary General, Mr.  Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will attend the NATO Review Conference at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik – SWP) in Berlin on Thursday 7^th ,September 2006.
