Deputy Secretary of Defense Gordon England will present both the David O. Cooke Excellence in Public Administration and the DoD Distinguished Civilian Service Awards in an award ceremony Nov. 9, 2006, at 3:30 p.m. EST in the Pentagon Auditorium. The ceremony will be hosted by the Director, Adminstration and Management Michael Donley.
