Rumsfeld will speak at the Landon Lecture at Deputy Secretary of Defense Gordon England will present both the David O. Cooke Excellence in Public Administration and the DoD Distinguished Civilian Service Awards in an award ceremony at 3:30 p.m. EST in the Pentagon Auditorium. The ceremony will be hosted by the Director, Adminstration and Management Michael Donley. Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be picked up at the North Parking Entrance only. Plan to arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the event; have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification. Please call (703) 697-5131 for escort into the building.
