David S. C. Chu, the under secretary of defense for personnel and readiness, will host the 26th Department of Defense disability awards ceremony at 1:30 p.m. EST on Dec. 5 at the Bethesda Hyatt Regency Hotel, Bethesda, Md. The keynote speaker at the ceremony will be John R. Vaughn, chairperson of the National Council on Disability (NCD).
