Air Force Col. David H. Cyr has been nominated to the grade of brigadier general while serving as director, U.S. Air Force Chaplain Service Institute, Air University, Air Education and Training Command, Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala.

Air Force Col. Douglas J. Robb has been nominated for appointment to the grade of brigadier general while serving as command surgeon, U.S. Central Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Fla.

Air Force Reserve Brig. Gen. Frank J. Casserino has been nominated to the grade of major general while serving as mobilization assistant to the Under Secretary of the Air Force, Washington, D.C.

Air Force Reserve Brig. Gen. Stephen P. Gross has been nominated to the grade of major general while serving as mobilization assistant to the commander, Aeronautical Systems Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

Air Force Reserve Brig. Gen. Clay T. McCutchan has been nominated to the grade of major general while serving as mobility assistant to the commander, 18^th Air Force, Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
