The Department of Defense will participate in the 15^th annual Take Your Daughters and Sons to Work Day. On Thursday, April 26, the Department and America Supports You will host an arts and crafts and a scrapbooking activity in the Pentagon courtyard from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. More than 500 children of Pentagon employees are scheduled to participate in the days events.

America Supports You is an ongoing, nationwide program organized by the Department of Defense to showcase Americans' support for the men and women of the Armed Forces and their families. America Supports You groups support the troops through letter writing, care packages, helping the wounded when they return home, assisting military families, sending an email or kind gesture-to learn more about how you can support military personnel visit www.AmericaSupportsYou.mil.

Media who would like to attend should arrive at 9:15 a.m. at the Pentagon North parking entrance. Journalists without a Pentagon building pass will be required to produce two forms of photo identification and media organization credentials.
