Deputy Secretary of Defense Gordon England will present the 2007 Commander in Chief's Annual Award for Installation Excellence in an award ceremony that will take place on May 4, at 2 p.m. EDT, in the Pentagon Auditorium.

The Commander in Chief's Annual Award for Installation Excellence recognizes the outstanding and innovative efforts of the people who operate and maintain U.S. military installations.
