Thirty
young Ukrainians – winners of the “Aliante 2007-Ukraine†competition –
participated in a 10-day trip to four NATO countries: Belgium, the Czech
Republic, Germany, and the Netherlands. During the group’s visit to Belgium,
Ukraine’s Mission to NATO and NATO’s Public Diplomacy Division organized a
visit to NATO Headquarters on 10 August. more>>

Ukraine president Viktor Yushchenko and his wife Kateryna recently
visited NATO’s 93-metre global-range research vessel, the NRV Alliance, which
is part of an archaeological survey and shipwreck excavation off the coast of

meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Commission (NUC) was held on 9 July to mark the
tenth anniversary of the signing of the Charter on a Distinctive Partnership
between NATO and Ukraine. more>>
NATO-Ukraine Annual Target Plan published
Ukraine’s Annual Target Plan for 2007 has just been published.
Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko signed it on 18 June 2007, following
approval by the NATO-Ukraine Commission and the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers.
