Statement by the
Secretary General
on the PKK attack in Turkey
On behalf of NATO, I strongly condemn the attack in
south-east Turkey in which 15 Turkish soldiers are reported to have been
killed. I express my condolences to the families of the victims of this
terrorist attack. NATO Allies are firmly in solidarity in the fight
against terrorism.
