Dear QuikSCAT Data Users,

This is a follow-up to the announcement sent on 23 November 2009.

The QuikSCAT antenna remains in a stalled position. Near-real-time data have not been available since 0700 UTC on 23 November 2009 (orbital rev number 54315), and science-quality data have not been available since 00 UTC 22 November 2009 (orbital rev 54296). We continue our caution advisory on the latest delivery batch of science-quality products from revs 54240 to 54296 (18-21 November 2009), since the antenna spin rate degradation became more problematic during this time frame.

We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
