Significant Spacecraft Anomalies: (The following are preliminary reports of potential non-nominal performance that will be investigated.) HSTARs: 12495 - SCI: GSAcq(2,1,1) results in Fine Lock Back-up (1,0,1), scan step limit exceeded on FGS-2@308/0610z Observation possibly affected WFC3 76-77, Proposal ID#12229; STIS 126-127, Proposal ID#12408 12496 - SCI: GSAcq(1,0,1) lost lock quickly after initially achieving FL-DV. The second attempt was successful. @298/0356z 12497 - SCI: GSAcq(1,2,1) required multiple attempts to achieve FL-DV@300/0228z 12498 - SCI: GSAcq(1,2,1) required multiple attempts to achieve FL-DV.
