control with Search Radius Limit exceeded on FGS 1.@362/2216z

SIGNIFICANT EVENTS:
Flash Report Venus Observation:  
Section C of IP-219 was successfully performed approximately 362/02:34:10 to active the Post-Venus 
Observation Macro. Macro #2 restored the safemode response back to Inertial Hold and restored the 
Sunpoint sun-angle limit back to 46 degrees.   
  
The second Venus Observation was successful with a nominal guide-star acquisition
