Significant Spacecraft Anomalies: (The following are preliminary reports of potential non-nominal performance that will be investigated.) HSTARs: 12709 - SCI: GSAcq(1,2,1) results in Fine Lock Backup (1,0,1) @054/1519z Observations Possible affected: ACS 36-39, Proposal ID#12310. 12711 - SCI: GSACQ(2,0,2) fails to RGA, Scan Step Limit on FGS 2 @054/1954z Observations affected: WFC3 65, Proposal ID#12307. 12712 - SCI: GSAcq(1,2,1) required multiple attemtps,initially received a search radius limit exceeded flag on FGS2. The second acquisition attempt to initially achieve FL-DV on both FGSs, but was not able to maintain it.
