Significant Spacecraft Anomalies: (The following are preliminary reports of potential non-nominal performance that will be investigated.) HSTARs: 12759 - SCI: GSAcq(2,1,1) scheduled at 069/01:07:20 during ZOE period was observed to have resulted to fine lock backup (2,0,2) using FGS-2 without FGSs indication flags posted. @068/0107z Observations possibly affected: WFC3 51-52 Proposal ID#12356, STIS 10, Proposal ID#12400. 12761 - SCI: GSAcq scheduled for 2011.065 22:35:50 ran long causing the TDF to come up 18.3 seconds after the COS Shutter commanding at 2011.065 22:40:18.@065/2240z Observation possibly affected COS 8 Proposal ID#12161 12762 - GSAcq(2,1,1) at 065/19:42:34 was unable to maintain FL-DV after initially achieving it on both FGS 1 and2.
