SIGNIFICANT EVENTS:
Ops Request 19104 was successfully completed at ~167/19:26 to load the latest release of the WFC3 
CS FSW 5.00 (IV0037) into EEPROM. WFC3 CS FSW 5.00 will be activated via stored commanding Tuesday 
June 21st (172/21:03:20 - 173/01:13:20) when WFC3 is cycled to boot and then back up to operate 
mode.
