SIGNIFICANT EVENTS:
Gyro Heater Reconfiguration; The gyro heater reconfiguration was executed as planned beginning at 
193/14:01 UTC. All gyros have been configured to use the secondary control heater. All SMS 
scheduled events completed successfully, and there was no science loss due to the reconfiguration.
