SIGNIFICANT EVENTS:
The SDF temperature mitigation SPC implementation was deployed in the 199 SMS. As of 199/04:10 all 
four of the active SIs (ACS, STIS, COS and WFC3) successfully dump SD to the SSR, no anomalies were 
observed. The average SDF temperature began to drop immediately after the cycling of the SDF input 
began.
