Flash Report: COS Suspend: An Anomaly Status Briefing was held on Tuesday, May 01, 2012 to discuss 
the current status of the investigation into the COS suspend event that took place on day 121. The 
analysis of the anomaly is still underway. COS is currently in safe. The SMS and Flight Plan are 
executing nominally.
