Statement by the NATO Secretary General on the attack in Bulgaria

I strongly condemn the outrageous terrorist attack in Burgas, which cost the lives of several people and wounded many others.

I offer my deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims of this shocking act.

Terrorism in all its forms and manifestations can never be tolerated or justified.
