SIGNIFICANT EVENTS:
Operations Request 19289-3 was successfully completed at 228/16:34:52 UTC, installing WFC3 CS FSW 
version 5.01 (EEPROM version IV0038) into EEPROM.  The subsequent checksum verification and memory 
dump comparison to the ground reference image by Payload FSW personnel indicated a nominal load.    
  
The newly loaded image will be activated in the early hours on DOY 229 (16 August) following the 
completion of the UVIS Anneal process, when the CS is transitioned from Operate to Boot and back to 
Operate.
