WFC3 CS FSW version 5.01 (EEPROM version IV0038) was successfully activated through stored 
commanding transitions from Operate to Boot and back to Operate, which completed nominally at 
229/07:09:16 UTC.  All indications thus far are that the instrument is operating normally under the 
new FSW image.
