Significant Spacecraft Anomalies: (The following are preliminary reports of potential non-nominal performance that will be investigated.) HSTARs: 13619 - SCI: REAcq (2,1,2) failed due to SSLEX on FGS-2@063/1744z 13621 - SCI: GSAcq (2,1,2) resulted in FLBU (1,0,1)@064/1702z COMPLETED OPS REQUEST: none COMPLETED OPS NOTES: none FGS ACQ STATUS: SCHEDULED SUCCESSFUL FGS GSAcq 7 7 FGS REAcq 9 9 OBAD with Maneuver 5 5 SIGNIFICANT EVENTS: Ops Request 19388 was successfully executed this afternoon, March 5 2013, to reconfigure the GPTM action response for the non-operational memory unit temperatures. The GPTM will now issue an ESB instead of safing the NSSC-1 if the non-operational memory units violate their cold thermal limits. Immediately prior to the commanding, an ops briefing was held detailing the rationale and the operational procedures and permission was granted to execute the reconfiguration. Updates to Ops Briefing presentation: 1. The typos on page 12 were updated to identify the correct memory temperatures for each slot. That briefing is available here: http://edocs.hst.nasa.gov/hstsysman/Briefings/OpsBriefs.aspx Action Items: 1. SI SE will write an ops note to document the pseudo-mnemonic slot issue until the CCL is corrected. That action is already complete (Ops Note 2380) Waiver Approvals: None Discussion/Agreements: None Liens: None List of Attendees: Lynn Bassford, George Chapman, Bill Crabb, Pat Crouse, Tony Cruz, Glen Curtis, Greg Goulet, Eric Graham, Dave Haskins, Chuck Hoffman, Bill Huey, Jim Jeletic, Mike Kelly, Joyce King, Deneen Lewis, Olivia Lupe, Mike Myslinski, Merle Reinhart, Mark Slater, Dan Smith, Scott Swain, Ben Teasdel, Colleen Townsley, Morgan Van Arsdall ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Morgan M.
